COVID: Keeping you and Our Staff Safe and Healthy

  • Our current protocols:
    • We are utilizing curbside service until further notice. What does this mean?
      • Please call or check in using our Petpro Connect app.
        • To check in using our app please send us a message letting us know you are here. We will then send you a link to a check-in form. Please fill this out and submit it.
      • Once we have you checked in and have a room available, one of our staff will come out to get your pet. Please have them outside of the vehicle and have a mask on for our staff to safely get them from you. Be sure to keep your pet on leash or in a carrier at all times.
      • If you are paying with credit card, you may send the card in with our staff member for payment. We will not charge the card until we have discussed all charges with you at the end of your pet’s appointment.
      • Once your pet is inside with us they will be weighed and escorted to one of our exam rooms. The doctor will then come in to see your pet. On a case-by-case basis, and if you are set up with our Petpro app, the doctor may call you through our app for a video call.
      • The doctor will then call you to discuss your pet and address any findings or concerns with you.
      • Once the exam, and evaluations as necessary, are complete, our receptionist will speak to you for payment and future scheduling.
      • Our staff will then bring your pet back out to you with your receipt, credit card, and medications if applicable.
      • Your pet will receive constant compassionate, professional care by our highly skilled staff while in our building and away from you. We believe the more pleasant their experience the better it is for all involved.
    • End of Life process:
      • We are pleased to offer a personal service allowing family members to be with their pet, should they choose to be, in the comfort of our new Family Room.
      • Even during this unprecedented time, we feel that families and pets should have this time to be together. Therefore, we have built a new room separate from the rest of our clinic on our lower level to allow for you to be there with them.
      • Masks must be worn by all while in the room.
      • The room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each visit.
